In this role, Mr. Dlomo is responsible for articulating and detailing out the company’s strategy and business development activities. Mr. Dlomo is founder of Renaissance Research SA (Pty) Ltd, a Durban based management and engineering consulting firm for the deployment of large scale projects that transform the economic, social and energy provision fabric of South Africa. Within Renaissance Research Mr. Dlomo currently manages business development, Human Resources, staff education and training activities. He also oversees much of the corporate infrastructure and is active in coordinating corporate social responsibilities.
Mr. Okotcha-Pendragon has a track record of successful implementation, in Africa, the Middle East and China, of several power generating technologies such as thermal, solar and gas. He has in-depth knowledge of the power privatization process, fast track delivery of turnkey power generation solutions, EPC (Enterprise Procurement Contracts) EPCM and associated fund raising activities.
He is founder and owner of Iyibu Power Solution Ltd: Company engaged in development & construction of portfolio of Natural Gas Power Generating plants in Nigeria & Ghana. Current & on-going projects: 500mw Kogi State, 500mw River State, 500mw Delta State.
Furthermore, Mr. Pendragon is a Director at Indassol Asset Management in Nigeria with HQ based in London. Here, Mr. Pendragon, is key for our desire to procure and setup factories in SA and SADC region for job creation.

Member Co – Chaired the Technical Committee for the National Grid Power Stability and Generation. Played a pivotal role in resolving Transmission System Relay issues that resolved completely the issues of Grid Collapse to near zero. Dr Dogo played a vital role as a member of the Presidential Action Committee on Power. (PACP)
He has headed major projects for the Niger Delta Power Holding Company project values in excess of $100m. Former CEO Pan African Solar Dr Dogo is a leading figure in Power Generation in Nigeria. Has been instrumental in creating a cumulative generating power in excess of 800mw in the last 4 years in Nigeria..
Current CEO Vinmus Systems Engineering, a successful and prominent academic has authored a number of peer review publication on Power Generation. Dr Dogo drives our Technical Team with his extensive knowledge in Generation on a number of platforms including Coal, Hydro, Wind, Gas with a portfolio of projects completed successfully from 20mw to 500mw.
